Enter your numbers. We'll show you the revenue Narlo can recover.
Math assumes a 30% booking rate on inbound missed calls — the conservative midpoint of what trades shops see across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
12 missed calls × $350avg ticket = revenue you're visible to but never capture. The caller dials your competitor 30 seconds later.
That's $58,032 recovered annually.
Common questions.
What counts as a 'booked job'?+
An appointment Narlo places on your calendar (or your CRM) for a real prospective customer. Spam, telemarketers, and existing customers calling for non-booking reasons don't count.
What if Narlo books a job and the customer cancels?+
You have a 24-hour grace window after the booking lands, plus 7 more days after the charge is applied, to flag a booking that didn't pan out. Voided bookings aren't billed.
Are there setup fees, monthly fees, or minimums?+
No setup fee, no monthly fee, no minimums. Carrier registration (A2P 10DLC, ~2-10 business days) is included. The optional Narlo Front Desk add-on is the only subscription.
What is Narlo Front Desk?+
The upgrade from texting back to picking up: an AI receptionist that answers your missed calls live, has a natural conversation, and books the job on the spot — callers routinely can't tell it isn't a person. You pay the usual $40 per booked job; a $49/mo base just covers your dedicated line and 250 minutes of talk time ($0.40/min after). Ask us to turn it on.
How am I billed?+
Each booked job adds a $40 line to your monthly invoice, charged to the card on file when the month closes. Every line ties to a specific booking you can audit in your dashboard.
Where do bookings land?+
On your Narlo dashboard and your synced Google or Microsoft calendar, the moment they're booked. Use Jobber? Connect it in settings and every booking lands there as a new request automatically. Housecall Pro is rolling out next.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. No long-term contract. Cancel any time and you stop being billed for new bookings.
