Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Narlo's services. By signing up for or using Narlo, you agree to these Terms.

What Narlo provides

Narlo provides AI-powered missed-call recovery software for service businesses. When a customer calls your business and the call goes unanswered, our AI sends an SMS to the caller, qualifies the inquiry, and helps schedule an appointment.

Eligibility

You must be:

  • An authorized representative of the business you're signing up
  • At least 18 years old
  • Located in the United States or Canada
  • Operating a legitimate service business

Subscription and pricing

  • $40 per booked appointment. Charged after the appointment is booked.
  • No monthly fees, no setup fees.
  • No fee if Narlo doesn't book any appointments in a given month.
  • Cancel anytime. No notice required, no early termination fees.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing customers are grandfathered into their current pricing for at least 90 days following any price change announcement.

Your obligations

You agree to:

  • Use Narlo only for legitimate business purposes
  • Provide accurate business information during signup and configuration
  • Forward your business phone line correctly to the Narlo number we provision for you
  • Honor appointments booked by our AI within reasonable parameters (configured per your settings)
  • Pay invoices when due
  • Comply with all applicable laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state-level consumer protection laws)
  • Not use Narlo to send unsolicited messages, marketing campaigns, or any messages to people who have not first contacted your business

You will NOT:

  • Resell Narlo's services without our written permission
  • Reverse-engineer or copy our software
  • Use Narlo for illegal activity
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Misrepresent your business to End-Users via Narlo

SMS messaging compliance

Your use of Narlo's SMS features is subject to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CTIA standards. Specifically:

  • All End-Users who receive SMS via Narlo must have first initiated contact by calling your business
  • All messages include opt-out instructions (“Reply STOP”)
  • We will not send marketing messages to End-Users on your behalf
  • You authorize Narlo to send transactional SMS to End-Users to facilitate the service they requested by calling you

AI behavior and limitations

Narlo's AI is designed to handle missed-call recovery conversations. While we work to ensure quality:

  • AI-generated responses are based on your configuration but may occasionally produce unexpected output
  • You are responsible for reviewing and confirming AI-booked appointments before fulfilling them
  • We do not guarantee that any specific lead will become a paying customer
  • We do not guarantee that all callers will respond to AI text-back attempts

You retain ultimate authority over which jobs you accept and which you decline. The AI is a tool to facilitate communication, not a substitute for your business judgment.

Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, third-party service outages (Twilio, Anthropic, etc.), and emergency repairs may temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@narlo.ai or canceling through your dashboard. Upon termination:

  • Your provisioned phone number will be released within 7 days
  • Outstanding charges remain due
  • Your account data will be retained per our Privacy Policy retention schedule

We may terminate or suspend your account for: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or any conduct that puts our service or other customers at risk. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

Disclaimers

Narlo is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narlo's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees you paid to us in the 6 months preceding the claim, or (b) $500.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunity, or business interruption.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Narlo harmless from claims arising out of: (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of laws applicable to your business, (c) your interactions with End-Users (including disputes with customers), or (d) misuse of our services by you or your employees.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes here with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be announced to active Subscribers via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
